FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
MANHATTAN, KANSAS

Welcome Home.

First United Methodist Church Manhattan is a place where people can meet Jesus, believers can engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for Him. Join us for our Sunday services!
Want to volunteer for Welcome Back Sunday?  Our much-anticipated Welcome Back Sunday is scheduled for August 28.  We will be back at the church, hanging out on 6th street this year.  The Connecting Committee has been busy planning two different food trucks, the KSU Band, a photo backdrop, outdoor games for the kids, a Pastry Walk for everyone, and so much more.  We can’t wait to see you there!

In order to make this event successful, we need your help.  Many volunteers are needed for different jobs both big and small.  Jobs like coffee servers, table carriers, pastry walk helpers, food servers, Worship greeters, etc.  Please consider donating some of you time on Welcome Back Sunday by following this link.  Don’t forget, no job is to small in God’s house!

"Understanding the Bible"

Understanding the intricacies of the Bible can be very confusing and difficult.  Our next sermon series is called "Understanding the Bible."  Join us for the next few weeks as we explore what it means to understand the Bible.  And to get us into that mindset, let's play Bible Trivia with some of our staff.  Check out the video below and be sure to come back for round 2 and 3.
